Hilarious! Way to represent, Kate.
I’ll be sharing a margarita with my Mom this Mother’s Day. “Cuz, that’s how we roll.
Seriously, I recently went to a debut of a gay marriage documentary and my Mom says, “Can I go?” She had a blast. I was waiting for her to finally come out. Maybe next year.
Also, love the car wash field trip idea. I think I’ll take my nephews to the nearest car wash as a gift to my sister-in-law. 🙂
Okay. Here’s a corny joke my Mom likes to tell:
A recent immigrant just learning English walks into a cafe. She only knows how to order one item.
Waitress, “What would you like?”
Sophia (the recent immigrant), “Apple pie and coffee.”
Waitress, “Okay. Thank you.”
A week passes and Sophia asks a friend what else can I order besides apple pie?
Waitress, “Good to see you again. Apple pie?”
Sophia, “Ham sandwich.”
Waitress, “Whole wheat or rye?”
Sophia, “Apple pie and coffee.”
Two cars are going through the Holland Tunnel. A priest runs into the car in front of him. The cop walks up to priest and says, “So, father, how fast would you say he was goin’ when he backed into ‘ya.
Okay. I digress.
Happy Mother’s Day/Auntie Day!
